The very earliest planters have now been in operation for 15 years, some have changed ownership up to four times and the life limit of these machines have still not been reached.

The bulk of maintenance on the planter is obviously derived from the ground engaging parts, which prove the durability of the product.

The seeders are capable of handling liquid and granular fertilizers and comprise electro-hydraulic control systems to facilitate the highest degree of precision farming.

Air seeders are available in numerous configurations and can be drawbar mounted, tow-behind or tow-between.

Both the spreaders and sprayers are based on the same precision farming controller processors employed on the planters, thus facilitating multiple use of equipment for the end user.

Our top of the range self-propelled sprayer with central booms for greater stability. High stability allows applications to be performed at 32km/h. 185KW 6 cylinder turbo charged engine and 3100 litre chemical tank. Boom length of 30 metres, adjustable wheel base up to 3.5 metres and a ground clearance of 1.65 metres. Boom’s working height can be adjusted from 0.7 metres to 2.2 metres.

Rugged design with shock absorbing towbar. Larger tyres allow for greater floatation that prevents soil structure damage. Booms range from 24 to 36 metre widths, and are hydraulically controlled from within the cab.

Xpray field sprayers are tractor mounted with 800 & 1000 litre tanks drawn with 4500 litre tank capacity and booms ranging in sizes from 24 to 36 metres. Xpray field sprayers are available in tractor mounted or tractor drawn models. Tractor mounted sprayers have 12m booms on 800 litre tanks while tractor drawn sprayers’ booms range from 18 to 24 metres off 2400 litre tanks.

Double overlap design ensures uniform spread. Spreading pattern of up to 36 metres for granular fertilizers and 13 metres for lime can be achieved. Spinner speed can be set from within the cab from 500 to 1000 r.p.m.
Wide tyres allow for higher floatation and therefore prevents soil structure damage. Two sizes are available: 10 and 16 tons.

The tractor mounted hopper can accommodate up to 2500 litres/kg of fertilizer. Spreading discs can accurately regulate spreading width from 12 to 32 metres. All components in contact with fertilizer are stainless steel.
